Adapted from Vegan Belle
  • Lettuce (arugula + iceburg)
  • Black beans
  • Chickpeas
  • Avocado
  • Croutons (dice bread and stick it in the oven until dry and crisp.  Yup, it's that easy!)
  • Carrot sticks
