Base: cooked quinoa (water : quinoa = 1.5 : 1) seasoned after cooking with
garlic powder
tofutti herbed cream cheese
chopped fresh basil
nooch
vegetble bouillon
Topped with panini-grilled red bell pepper, onions, and carrots.
